Sunday Bulletin:

Good evening Beavers! This is Ms. Moose for Principal Hogans with some notes for this week.

  • Little River is thrilled to continue supporting the American Heart Association to help kids with special hearts as well as teach our students how to take care of their hearts through the Kids Heart Challenge program. You will help Little River earn physical education equipment with your donations! These events have been taking  place during your child’s PE class February 8th-15th. Please register your child online or download the free app to participate. You can find links at Dr. Hogans weekly update on our school website. All donations are due by Feb. 15

  • It has come to our attention that some morning and afternoon arrival carlane vehicles are traveling up the bus lane to the second left to make the carlane service road. Please do not take this route as it creates a safety issue with outgoing bus lane traffic and with the flow of traffic coming through the parking lot. Continue to make the first left and then travel through the top of the parking lot for the service road. We understand this is a bit of an inconvenience given the staging location of the roof materials, but we appreciate your safe attention to the traffic route. Front of the school is reserved for buses, Exceptional Children’s Program participants, Pre-K students, and Safety Patrol students.

  • As an aside, we are working very hard with Maintenance about the condition of the carlane service road. We understand that the potholes make traveling the service roads challenging.

That is all for now. And remember: after replanting our seeds in Beaver Nation, Little River leaders are ready to blossom!
