- Staff Meeting January 15 Dr. Pitman and Dr. Bass will meet with Montessori and interested Legacy program staff on January 15, 2:45-3:45, in the media center to update on items raised during their October meeting with staff. This meeting is a rescheduling of our November 20 meeting.
- For Classified Staff & Staff who supervise Classified Staff: Staff who supervise Classified Staff should conduct a mid-year conference to review performance. This conference should be conducted by January 31. Please use the Classified Evaluation Instrument revised November 2019. Review it here as a template for your conference. This conference is not an evaluation and does not need to be submitted to Dr. Hogans; however, supervising staff should meet with Dr. Hogans if it is likely that any performance area will be noted ‘Needs Improvement’ or ‘Unsatisfactory’ at the mid-year conference.

Sunday Bulletin:
Good evening Beavers and Happy New Year! This is Ms. Moose for Principal Hogans with some notes for this week.
- We hope everyone has had a great first week back and is managing well with the recent winter weather!
- Thank you for those of you able to come out to our PTO meeting last Monday. Your support and partnership is very much appreciated!
- Our School Improvement-Leadership Team will meet Monday afternoon in the school media center.
- Information has recently been sent home regarding our Kids Heart Challenge fundraiser. We appreciate your support for what has been a great program for our Healthy Living Program. The Kids Heart Challenge is a wonderful opportunity for our students to help others, learn about heart health, and have fun!
- As a reminder, school begins at 7:45am. Your child is considered tardy if not in class at that time. Currently, many cars are coming through car rider line very close to 7:45 as well as drop-offs in student bus lane, resulting in numerous tardies. Morning drop-off begins at 7:15 and ends at 7:45. Per school policy, after 7:45, parents must drive around to the front of the school to walk their children into the front office in order to sign them in. Thank you for making every effort to get your child here on time!
- We hope that our parents of students in our Primary will be able to join us for our Montessori Day event this Friday. We hope to provide a window for you into their Montessori classroom experience.
That is all for now. Good night, Beaver Nation!
